Your use of and purchase of products from this website is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. They do not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you also read our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

1. Payment and Prices
   
   The prices for the goods displayed for sale on this site are expressed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT. The prices shown for US dollar and Euro currencies are calculated from exchange rates updated throughout the day from the European Central Bank. All orders are settled in British pounds.
   
   Delivery is charged in addition and is clearly displayed in the shopping basket.
   
   J M Pennifeather will not accept your order until you have paid for it in full including applicable delivery charges. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details.
   
   Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. J M Pennifeather reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. In a case where payment has been received and J M Pennifeather cannot fulfill the order the full transaction amount will be refunded unless another arrangement has agreed upon.
   
   Payment is deducted on completion of your order. We will notify you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you visit one of our pen store. Please note that products, prices and offers in our store may differ from those featured on this site.
   
   We will endeavour to deliver the goods to you within the times specified on our Delivery Information page. If for any reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date or offer you the option to cancel or select other goods. We will not take responsibilty for goods delivered late due to a 3rd parties failure to meet their set service standards.
   
   You may cancel your order by contacting J M Pennifeather before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched only goods that qualify for our returns policy will taken back.
   
    
2. General
   
   We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of J M Pennifeather.
   
   If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
   
   We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves.
   
   These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
