Pilot Capless Fountain Pen - Red/Gold

This is the world's first retractable fountain pen also known as the Pilot vanishing point fountain pen.

The capless has an 18-Kt gold nib (M) which retracts at the push of a button (similar to the function of most ballpoints). The opening for the nib has an air tight seal which closes when the nib is inside the body to stop it drying out.
It uses Pilot Namiki cartridges or a convertor (supplied) for use with bottled ink.
